Want it Bad

This is the idea of compulsive obsession, in common terms, want it badly. It's putting yourself, wholeheartedly, into a useful and meaningful passion.

This productive obsession should be rooted in love, interest and a desire to make better the shared circumstances of this world.

When you obsess, you learn to extinguish distractions to single-mindedly concentrate.

This obsession provokes different mental states, euphoria when something excells, irritation when you feel thrown off, fatigue after hours of struggle and excitement as one idea leads to another.

Imagine yourself a flawless transmission system, a whisper quiet well oiled machine. Imagine this machine allows you to move efficiently through the day, revving up to obsess and revving down to peel potatoes.
