Hobbies
Just how do hobbies fit into wellness? It’s as simple as a diversion and all it can entail.
Feeling bad perpetuates more feeling bad. Constantly being sad, mopey, angry and hurt and anticipating more situations to be more of the same is, not
only negative, it’s exhausting.
Distractions are good. Hobbies are an opportunity to move your mind away from somber issues into an area of creativity and constructive activity. Most certainly change, discovery and a sense of competency. With new knowledge, new friends and, possibly, a whole new perspective on life’s possibilities.
Feeling good breeds more feeling good.
